It's been 10 years now. But Rwanda's 100-day war casts a long shadow over their children's lives. It is estimated that more than 1 million Rwandans were killed during the 1994 war—often at the hands of machete-wielding neighbors, friends, and other churches—in a genocide that rivaled the horrors of the Holocaust of the Jewish and Cambodian killing zones.
While Rwandans are desperately trying to rebuild their devastated country, almost every child and family who has been killed or is still in prison for genocide has at least one relative.
Compass International was one of the few organizations that had a presence in Rwanda long before, during and after the war. Mercy is a comprehensive child development organization working with children living in poverty in more than 20 countries.
Today, compassionate ministers support more than 19,000 children in Rwanda, but the devastating effects of war on children are still felt.
One such boy is Tuyisingize Alexie. As a child, Alexie was imprisoned with her mother, who was convicted of war crimes in 1996. The young mother insists that she was not involved in the genocide.
In 2000, government officials announced that adopted children should live in prison with their foster families and attend school. Alexie's first couple to live with her after prison forced her to work hard and often kept her out of school. As a result, he had to repeat the first level.
The only family Alexie knows are the ones she currently lives with (aunt, uncle, and three cousins) and Sympathy's sponsors.
Today, Alexie is a lively teenage girl who loves to have fun and help out at home. She is often seen laughing and playing with other children as if they were all sisters, she.
The Compassion team reports that Alexie's development has progressed in recent years from living with her aunt's family and being involved in a compassionate project. She is attending the project event and was second in her class last term. Alexie wants to finish school, become a primary school teacher and help other students like herself.
Although she misses her mother, Alexis is very grateful for her new family and the blessings of the Mercy ministry.Planning a visit to Las Vegas or another tourist destination where casinos are a major part of their business? I have something for you. Here I will show you how to look like a High Roller and collect a lot of free items and gifts.
What is a secret?
The trick is to convince them that you are rich and that you love to gamble. In short, you have to report a High Roller.
Why?
Hotels love high careers because these actors leave thousands of dollars behind every turn. And the best part is, if you play the role, the casinos will be generous with the same gifts and free items that a real High Roller would get.
How come?
It is not so difficult to deceive the hotel and the resorts with a little tact and real self-confidence. It can be done.
1) The way you dress:
Elegant and smart is the way to go. Don't forget the baseball cap, T-shirt and jeans. Try a suit or at least a regular button-down shirt and a dark brown jacket. It was Shakespeare who said that clothes make a man when he goes to a hotel. They will judge you according to how you dress, so dress according to your career.
2) Large notebook:
Yeah. Just like in the movies. Take a large stack of notes with you and keep them in mind. You do not have to bring so many things with you. Instead, take a few pounds and place them above and below the pound-sized paper clips. Remember to never publish this while you are at the casino. Instead, use other notes that are in your wallet. But do it sharply so that none of the casino staff notice.
3) Always take your notes with you: Wherever you go, head to the hotel restaurant or bar for lunch. They will keep an eye. From time to time, use this money to play various board games or video games and bet some of that money. Note that you have to use some of your money to play, but that’s not all.
4) Play Complex Games:
This is one of the hardest things to do and requires some home education. Learn how to place bets and bet on high-return games like roulette, baccarat and craps on your own. You can also play poker or Texas holdem at one of the largest ante tables, but at least stick to your plan and you'll soon be picking flowers.
Above, I've covered some of the most practical ways you can save money by buying gifts from the casino. These gifts range from casino companies (free money to play), room deals that can come for almost free, and free drinks, clothing, coupons, shopping in Las Vegas, and more. Remember that what you are doing here is completely legal, as long as you do not use a wrong name or empty your passport card.
